Use 100X Jobs with AI
Ask ChatGPT, Claude, Grok or Gemini to find jobs, show your matches and save jobs for you. You type in normal words. It answers in the chat.
Free with your 100X Jobs account. No account yet? Sign up free.
Step 1Pick your AI app and connect it (one time only)
💬 ChatGPT
- Go to chatgpt.com and click Plugins in the left menu.
- Click the + button, then Add custom MCP server.
- Name: 100X Jobs. Server URL: copy this
https://100xjobs.com/mcp - Authentication: pick OAuth.

Needs a paid ChatGPT plan. On a Business plan, the workspace admin adds it. Older ChatGPT menus: Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced settings → Developer mode → Create.
🧠 Claude
- Go to claude.ai and open Settings → Connectors.
- Click Add custom connector.
- Name: 100X Jobs. URL: copy this
https://100xjobs.com/mcp - Click Add, then Connect.
- Sign in and click Approve. Done!
In a new chat, just ask. Say “100X Jobs” so Claude knows where to look.
Once it's added, it works in the Claude app on your phone too. On a Team or Enterprise plan, an owner may need to add it first.
𝕏 Grok
- Go to grok.com/connectors.
- Click New connector, then Custom.

Not every Gemini account has this yet (for now, mostly personal accounts in the US). No “custom app” button? Use ChatGPT, Claude or Grok instead. Work accounts: your Google admin adds it.
🪟 Microsoft Copilot
- The free Copilot app can't add this yet.

https://100xjobs.com/mcp - Sign-in: OAuth 2.0 — Dynamic discovery. Sign in, click Approve, then Add to agent.

➕ Another app

- Add a remote server with this URL:
https://100xjobs.com/mcp - Leave any client ID and secret boxes empty. Sign in and click Approve when it asks.
- Developers: every app's steps are on this page.
It stays connected as long as you use it about once a month.
Step 2Ask it something
Use 100X Jobs to show my job matches.
Use 100X Jobs to find Staff Accountant jobs near Atlanta, GA.
Tell me more about the second job.
Save that job to my 100X Jobs list.
What it won’t do
- It never applies or sends anything for you. You apply on 100X Jobs.
- It never shows hiring managers, emails or phone numbers.
- Saving a job is the only thing it changes.
- It's free.
