Associate Director of Accounting / Assistant Controller

We're hiring an Associate Director of Accounting / Assistant Controller to help lead the accounting function. You'll oversee the close, own complex technical accounting matters, and manage and develop a team. The role reports to Controller-level leadership and works closely with finance partners across the business.

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close
• Research and document technical accounting positions
• Manage, coach, and review the work of the accounting team
• Support audits, financial reporting, and process improvements

• CPA required
• 10+ years of accounting experience, including 5+ years managing people
• Strong technical accounting skills
• Workday Financials experience preferred
• Public accounting experience preferred
• Background in both public and private companies preferred

$145K - $160K base plus a 15% bonus. Hybrid schedule with 2 days per week in office.
