Ambulatory Surgery Center Administrator

We're hiring an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) Administrator to lead the full surgery center operation. This senior leadership role reports directly to the CEO.

What you'll own:

• The center's P&L and financial performance
• Surgery service lines
• Coding and documentation
• Surgical procurement
• Patient experience
• Facilities
• Provider credentialing
• Payor contracts

We're looking for an experienced healthcare leader who can think strategically while keeping strong operational and financial control.

Base around $200K plus a strong profit-sharing plan tied to business unit and company performance. There's flexibility for the right person.
