We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to take ownership of our day-to-day marketing execution and help elevate our digital presence.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys creating compelling content, leveraging new technology, and managing a variety of marketing projects.

You'll oversee social media, listing marketing, email campaigns, newsletters, website content, SEO, print advertising, and event communications.

We're especially interested in candidates who can combine original content creation with AI-powered tools to produce high-quality photography, videos, and marketing materials efficiently. The position is remote, with a preference for candidates based in Metro Atlanta who can occasionally attend team meetings and client events.

Approximately 20 hours per week during our busiest season (March–September), with reduced hours during slower months. Scheduling is flexible based on business needs.

• Develop, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Produce listing announcements, market updates, community highlights, and other promotional content.
• Create and edit short-form videos, Reels, listing tours, and agent videos using original footage, AI tools, and voiceovers.
• Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all channels.

• Design and update property brochures, flyers, and marketing materials using existing Canva templates.
• Edit and enhance listing photography using traditional and AI-powered editing tools.
• Produce engaging listing videos and digital property presentations.
• Coordinate marketing content for new listings, price changes, open houses, pending sales, and closings.

• Create and distribute weekly Mailchimp email campaigns using established templates.
• Design, edit, format, and proofread our monthly newsletter.
• Develop, edit, and publish weekly blog posts covering real estate trends, community news, and homeownership topics.
• Optimize content for search engines while maintaining RMA's professional voice and brand standards.

• Maintain and update our WordPress website, including blogs, landing pages, and marketing content.
• Implement SEO best practices across website pages, blogs, images, and digital content.
• Manage and maintain accurate content on Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, Realtor.com, Zillow, and other relevant platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve our online visibility and digital marketing performance.

• Design and coordinate newspaper advertisements, direct mail, and other print marketing materials.
• Assist with marketing and communications for client appreciation events and community activities.
• Coordinate event invitations through email, text, and print.

• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
• Proficiency with Canva, Mailchimp, and WordPress, or the ability to quickly master these platforms.
• Strong photo-editing and video-production skills, including experience with AI-powered creative tools.
• Working knowledge of SEO, website content management, and digital marketing best practices.
• Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in formatting, grammar, design, and content accuracy.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and consistently meet deadlines.
• Creative, organized, proactive, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
• Experience in real estate marketing is a plus.
