Zigman Sales & Installation is a commercial glass and glazing company in Marietta, GA. We do storefront, curtainwall, doors and facilities maintenance. We're looking for an organized, confident Project Coordinator to keep our technicians moving, our customers informed and our jobs on schedule.

The Project Coordinator runs our office operations. You'll take service requests, dispatch technicians with the right parts, track crews and hours, keep customers updated, and support our project managers. If you're good at juggling priorities, making decisions and getting results, we'd like to hear from you.

• Answer incoming calls and emails from customers, vendors and field staff
• Take service requests and diagnose issues well enough to send technicians out with the right parts for the repair
• Create and manage work orders
• Track technicians, company vehicles and project time
• Track technician hours, approve payroll and turn it in to accounting
• Keep customers updated on schedule changes and job progress
• Support remote project managers with scheduling, paperwork and follow-up
• Coordinate parts orders and deliveries, and help with shipping
• Help manage inventory
• Support day-to-day office operations

• Experience in a construction office (required)
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Clear, friendly and professional communicator by phone and email
• Stays calm and solves problems under pressure
• Comfortable juggling several priorities at once
• Confident making decisions and following through to get results

$52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
