Multifamily Leasing Specialist

$18 per hour, with weekly pay every Friday.

Leasing office hours are Monday-Friday from 8 am-6 pm, Saturdays from 10 am-5 pm, and Sundays from 1 pm-5 pm. Availability to work two weekends per month is required for Temp-to-Perm roles.

• Respond promptly to online inquiries and phone calls from prospects and residents.
• Greet and qualify prospects, providing personalized tours of apartments and amenities.
• Manage rental application processes, coordinate move-ins, and prepare leasing agreements.
• Keep the office and model units clean, organized, and ready for tours.
• Conduct surveys to monitor competitor offerings and market trends.
• Utilize property management software (such as OneSite, Yardi, or Entrata) for record-keeping and lease processing.

• Maintain professional behavior and appearance at all times.
• Alternate between sitting and standing as tasks require.
• Climb stairs frequently throughout the workday.
• Lift and carry items weighing up to 20 pounds as needed.
• Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
