We acquire, develop, and manage income-producing commercial properties across Georgia, with a focus on the Atlanta and Augusta markets. Our investments span gas stations, restaurants, shopping centers, truck stops, and ground-up developments.

As we continue to expand, we're looking for a motivated, entrepreneurial professional who is ready to make an impact!

We're seeking an ambitious Investor Relations & Business Development Manager to play a key role in our next phase of growth.

This is an opportunity for a results driven professional who thrives on building relationships, identifying investments, raising capital, and turning opportunities into successful transactions.

You'll work directly with leadership, collaborate across our investment and development teams, and help shape the future of our growing portfolio.

• Build Investor Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with accredited investors, family offices, and investment partners.
• Drive Capital Raising: Identify prospective investors, present opportunities, and secure capital commitments.
• Source Investment Opportunities: Build relationships with brokers, property owners, developers, and strategic partners to identify attractive commercial real estate deals.
• Analyze & Present Deals: Evaluate potential acquisitions using financial metrics, market research, and investment analysis.
• Lead Investor Communications: Prepare compelling presentations, investment updates, and reports while coordinating investor meetings and property tours.
• Accelerate Growth: Identify new markets, partnerships, and opportunities that support our long-term investment strategy.

• Experience in commercial real estate, investor relations, capital markets, private equity, or business development.
• Demonstrated success in capital raising, relationship management, or closing commercial transactions.
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate investment fundamentals, including NOI, cap rates, NNN leases, and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the initiative to identify opportunities and deliver results.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field preferred; MBA or relevant professional certifications are a plus.
