We are seeking a Business & Commercial Real Estate Transactions Associate (approximately 4-6 years' experience) who is ready to take ownership of matters, work closely with partners and clients, and continue developing as a trusted advisor. What You’ll Work On: Mergers and acquisitions (buy-side and sell-side) Entity formation, structuring, and governance Drafting and negotiating operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and commercial contracts Commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing, and drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, and related documents General corporate counseling for small to mid-sized businesses, investors, and individuals, including guidance on day-to-day legal and business decisions We’re Looking for Someone

Has approximately 4-6 years of experience handling business, corporate, and/or commercial real estate transactions Has substantive experience with real estate transactions and is comfortable handling commercial matters Demonstrates strong drafting, contract review, and negotiation skills Can independently manage multiple transactions and matters from initial engagement through closing Can communicate effectively and confidently with clients, opposing counsel, lenders, brokers, and other parties involved in a transaction Is licensed and in good standing in Georgia or another state (and willing to waive into Georgia) Can serve as a client's primary point of contact and manage deals with limited supervision, while working closely with partners as part of a team Brings sound judgment, professionalism, responsiveness, and exceptional attention to detail
