Business Development Specialist - 2687-1

A Florida-based cardiac remote monitoring company that runs the full monitoring workflow for patients with implanted pacemakers, defibrillators, and loop recorders across all four major device manufacturers. The Business Development Specialist opens Atlanta and the surrounding Southeast, a territory with no coverage today, selling to EPs, cardiologists, private practices, and hospital EP departments. This is a pure hunter's role. Clinical and account management teams take over once an account is won, so the job stays focused on opening new business.

• Build a territory from scratch, not inherit one. Atlanta was picked through market research because no one or two hospital systems dominate it.
• Pure new-business role. Dedicated clinical and account management teams own support and service after each account closes.
• Uncapped commissions paid monthly, plus a six-month guarantee to cover the long institutional sales cycle.
• Direct access to a company partner who is personally involved in hiring, in a small team where decisions happen quickly.
• A real first selling seat for senior clinical specialists who have never had a commission plan.
• Enough working CRM/EP knowledge to answer physicians' clinical questions on the spot. This is the hard filter.
• A proven hunter who has personally opened new accounts, not someone who serviced an assigned book of 10–15 accounts.
• Comfortable working both private-practice deals (2–3 month cycles) and hospital deals that run through value analysis (8+ months).
• Willing to travel Atlanta and surrounding states. Living in Atlanta is preferred but not required if the candidate can cover the territory.
• Deep CRM tenure not required. About two years of CRM experience followed by broader healthcare sales experience works.
