Assistant project manger

HSE Contractors Inc brings together construction managers, engineers, schedulers, and claim consultants to deliver construction planning and project management solutions. The team uses experience, expertise, and technology to help clients manage projects and stay on schedule and within budget.

As an Assistant Project Manager, you’ll coordinate construction project activities, support planning and scheduling, and help teams track costs and progress. Your impact: Clear schedules and timely project updates help project teams and clients make informed decisions and keep work moving.

• Coordinate project plans, schedules, documentation, and communication among project teams.
• Support construction estimating, cost management, and Excel data analysis.
• Review construction plans and help track project progress, changes, and schedule needs.
• Use construction management software and project management software; tools may include ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Prolog, and HeavyBid.
• Assist with project scheduling using scheduling software, including Primavera where applicable.

• Construction industry experience and construction site experience are valuable; project management experience in construction is preferred.
• Knowledge of construction management, project management, project coordination, construction project planning, and construction scheduling.
• Familiarity with civil engineering project management software and construction plans.
• Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, plus strong analysis and time management skills.

$29.00 - $34.92 per hour
