You will manage system jobs for payroll calculations, load files, reconcile data, and produce reports to support balancing and distribution with partners. The role requires 3–5 years in payroll/Oracle HCM, knowledge of PeopleSoft, and a solid grasp of labor laws. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
