You will record tenant cash receipts across an assigned portfolio and ensure accurate allocation to rent, CAM, and other charges. This in-office, Monday–Friday role collaborates with property operations and accounting to resolve misapplied payments and maintain high accuracy in a busy portfolio. A background in CRE AR and proficiency with MRI/Yardi is preferred.
