Caseware is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager – Audit & Assurance to join our Customer Experience team. You will manage post-implementation relationships with strategic customers, guiding adoption and measurable value from Caseware. You will combine audit domain expertise with product knowledge to optimize workflows, promote cloud and AI capabilities, and drive long-term partnerships across internal teams. This is a remote, full-time role in the United States with travel as needed.
