About The Role The role owns the day-to-day systems and processes that keep the employee experience running: onboarding, HRIS data, benefits administration, and people-team operations. You will be a key point of contact for employees on people questions, and help the People team scale programs as the company grows. Key Responsibilities
- Administer the employee lifecycle in the HRIS (Rippling or similar): records, org changes, and compliance documentation
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires, including equipment, accounts, and orientation scheduling
- Run benefits administration: enrollment windows, vendor escalations, and employee questions
- Own HR documentation — policies, offer letters, and audit-ready employee files
- Support performance review cycles, engagement surveys, and people-program logistics
- Respond to employee questions on payroll, benefits, and policies with accuracy and care What We Are Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in People Ops, HR, or people-team coordination
- Hands-on experience with an HRIS and G Suite or similar productivity tooling
- Strong attention to detail with sensitive and confidential information
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and comfortable managing many small, time-sensitive tasks
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Bonus: experience with Rippling, Gusto, or Greenhouse; exposure to equity or payroll administration
