Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (Recruitment and Placement)

• You will serve as a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (Recruitment and Placement) with Office of the Secretary of Interior.

To qualify for this position at the GS-13 level, you must meet Specialized Experience for the series to which you are applying. Specialized

To qualify, you must possess at least one full year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in the Federal service (obtained in either the public or private sectors). Specialized experience is defined as demonstrated

1. Overseeing or advising on bureau-wide staffing and placement operations. 2. Providing expert guidance on interpreting and applying federal hiring laws, OPM qualification standards. 3. Leading or mentoring an HR team that performs recruitment and placement activities. 4. Supporting operational risks, internal controls, assisting with workload distribution, or monitoring program performance metrics. 5. Coordinates with Human Resources counterparts in other functional areas to resolve workflow issues and improve communication between areas. Must meet all. You must include hours per week worked.
