TriNet is seeking a Staff Business Application Owner to lead strategy, roadmap, and optimization of key business and HR technology platforms supporting our PEO services. In this performance-driven, client-focused role, you'll partner with HR, operations, finance, and technology teams to align applications with business goals, streamline workflows, and enhance data integrity. Responsibilities include defining requirements, prioritizing backlogs, overseeing configurations and integrations, and leading change management. - Gather and prioritize requirements, manage product backlogs, and oversee configurations and enhancements
- Lead application integrations, data flows, and governance to ensure accuracy, security, and compliance
- Analyze usage and performance data to identify improvement opportunities and drive process optimization
- Manage small to medium implementation and enhancement projects, coordinating with internal and external teams
- Document business processes, application designs, and change impacts for cross-functional clarity
- Champion user experience through training, enablement, and ongoing support strategies
- Ensure alignment of application solutions with enterprise architecture, security, and regulatory requirements
