Unifi is hiring a Corporate Recruiting Specialist to support hiring across our corporate teams. This role will manage the recruiting process from intake through onboarding while building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-driven, persuasive, and excited to gain an understanding of Unifi’s business and how our corporate teams support our operations. This role will be based out of our corporate office in Atlanta, GA. First 90 Days

  • Develop a strong understanding of Unifi’s business, corporate functions, recruiting processes, systems, and hiring standards.
  • Build relationships with hiring managers, corporate leaders, and key cross-functional partners.
  • Learn and facilitate the full corporate recruiting lifecycle, including intake meetings, job description creation, job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, extending offers, and onboarding.
  • Begin independently managing assigned requisitions and conducting candidate screening calls.
  • Develop the ability to effectively communicate Unifi’s culture, business, and career opportunities to prospective candidates.
  • Support candidate travel arrangements, interview scheduling, first-day Meet & Greets, and other recruiting logistics.
  • Become familiar with Unifi’s veteran and refugee hiring programs and community partnerships. First 180 Days
  • Independently manage corporate requisitions from intake through offer and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruiting strategies.
  • Serve as a strong ambassador for Unifi, effectively selling the company, opportunity, and employee experience to candidates.
  • Guide new hires through the onboarding process and coordinate a positive transition into Unifi.
  • Facilitate corporate new hire orientation and coordinate first-day Meet & Greets.
  • Support veteran and refugee hiring initiatives through community partnerships, events, and outreach efforts. First 360 Days
  • Demonstrate full ownership of assigned corporate recruiting areas and consistently deliver against hiring needs and timelines.
  • Build trusted relationships with corporate leaders and serve as a recruiting partner across multiple functions.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Unifi’s corporate departments, how they work together, and how each function supports the company’s operations.
  • Proactively identify recruiting challenges and recommend solutions related to sourcing, candidate experience, hiring processes, and talent pipelines.
  • Maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruiting process and effectively navigate offer negotiations and closing.
  • Contribute to the continued growth of Unifi’s veteran and refugee hiring efforts through external partnerships and community engagement.
  • Support special projects and broader Talent Acquisition initiatives as business needs evolve. Basic Qualifications
  • 0–2 years of recruiting, Human Resources, customer service, sales, hospitality, or other relevant professional experience; recruiting experience preferred but not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leaders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to engage and influence others.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to effectively promote Unifi and career opportunities to prospective candidates.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to providing a positive candidate and new hire experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
