$55,000–$65,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications About NANA Healthcare Management NANA Healthcare Management is a growing healthcare organization supporting multiple behavioral health, medical, and healthcare service entities throughout Georgia. As our organization continues to grow, we are expanding our Talent Acquisition team to provide a more consistent, organized, and proactive recruiting process across our facilities. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and work closely with our Lead Talent Acquisition Partner and hiring managers across the organization. This is a hands-on recruiting position for someone who enjoys working with candidates, building pipelines, sourcing talent, staying organized, and moving candidates through the hiring process. The ideal candidate is comfortable picking up the phone, conducting candidate screens, following up with hiring managers, and managing multiple openings at once. Position Overview The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support the day-to-day recruiting operations for NANA Healthcare Management and its affiliated facilities. This position will have responsibility for reviewing applicants, actively sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening conversations, coordinating interviews, maintaining accurate candidate records, and helping hiring managers move candidates through the recruiting process.
