Job Title: Engineer – Supplier Development Quality Location: Atlanta, GA Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite Employment Type: W2 or 1099 Job Summary We are seeking a Supplier Development Quality Engineer to drive quality improvements and corrective actions related to externally sourced components. The role will provide technical support in supplier selection, qualification, incoming inspection, component quality, supplier corrective actions, and manufacturing quality within a regulated quality system environment. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- 3–6 years of relevant engineering experience.
- At least 1 year of Supplier Quality Engineering experience.
- Strong understanding of supplier quality and component quality processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications
- Medical device industry experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with supplier qualification and development.
- Experience with incoming inspection and component validation.
- Knowledge of quality systems and regulated manufacturing environments.
