OEM Operations Manager – Automotive Digital Marketing REMOTE | Starting at $80,000 As the OEM Operations Manager at Team Velocity, you will be the operational engine driving our Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) digital marketing programs. Serving as the strategic bridge between Operations, Digital Advertising, Sales, and OEM stakeholders, you will ensure our program execution, pricing, documentation, and campaign delivery remain flawlessly aligned. This is a fully remote, salaried position. RESPONSIBILITIES OEM Program Management & Execution

• Serve as the primary operational link between Operations, Digital, Sales, and external OEM stakeholders.
• Oversee the setup, rollout, and execution of short-term digital initiatives, pilot programs, boosts, and test campaigns – tracking timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Keep internal cross-functional teams aligned on responsibilities, timelines, and budget guardrails. Digital Advertising & Google Ads Operations
• Support day-to-day Google Ads operational needs, including campaign structuring, budget tracking, product setup, and digital advertising best practices.
• Troubleshoot operational delivery issues across search, display, and digital channels to ensure smooth campaign launches. Compliance, Documentation & Quality Assurance
• Maintain an accurate, single source of truth for active OEM program requirements, guidelines, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Regularly audit product offerings, pricing, packages, and billing records to ensure complete consistency between SOWs and live execution.
• Maintain and update clear, user-friendly internal operating guides and documentation across all OEM offerings. Process Optimization & Workflow Improvement
• Identify operational gaps, bottlenecks, and manual inefficiencies, converting them into streamlined, scalable workflows.
• Standardize request tracking, program guidelines, and execution systems across all OEM partnerships.
• Act as the lead problem solver for daily operational inquiries, managing issues end-to-end with full accountability. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
• Core

3–5+ years in automotive digital marketing, OEM account management, automotive retail, agency operations, or SaaS.

• Domain Knowledge: Direct experience working with automotive OEMs, regional dealership associations, or automotive media programs.
• Digital Ad Expertise: Working knowledge of Google Ads, campaign management, and digital performance metrics.
• Process Leadership: Highly skilled at building process documentation, creating single sources of truth, and optimizing cross-department workflows.
• Detail & Accuracy: Demonstrated history of managing complex budgets, pricing matrices, and SOW compliance with zero loss of precision.
• Communication: Exceptional cross-departmental communication skills with an ability to manage shifting priorities independently.
• Technical Tools: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Office Suite; familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com) preferred.

Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
