Digital Marketing Coordinator — Contract | Johns Creek, GA We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to support a marketing team across day-to-day operations, campaign coordination, events, and administrative needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the person who keeps things moving — tracking deadlines, coordinating with different teams and vendors, handling logistics, supporting events, and making sure the team has what they need to execute successfully. You’ll support initiatives across digital campaigns, email, websites, social media, events, reporting, and team coordination. There is also a strong administrative and logistical component to the role, including scheduling, ordering food and materials for meetings and events, coordinating vendors, and following up on outstanding tasks. - Initial 2-month contract with the intention to extend or convert to a longer-term opportunity
- 2–3 years of professional digital marketing or marketing coordination experience
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days per week onsite, typically Tuesday–Thursday
- First-round phone screen followed by an in-person panel interview Key Responsibilities
- Keep marketing initiatives organized by tracking deadlines, deliverables, action items, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with marketing, design, product, sales, and external vendors to keep work moving on schedule.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and organizational support to marketing leadership and team members.
- Coordinate meetings, events, webinars, and other team activities, including scheduling, catering/food orders, materials, and vendor logistics.
- Follow up with internal teams and external partners to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
- Support email campaign scheduling, testing, and deployment.
- Assist with website updates, content coordination, tracking, and QA.
- Support social media calendars, asset collection, and scheduling.
- Help gather campaign metrics and prepare basic reports and status updates.
- Maintain marketing assets, contact lists, trackers, and other team resources.
- Assist with event and campaign logistics from planning through completion.
- Manage multiple requests and priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Identify gaps or potential issues and proactively help resolve them. Qualifications
- 2–3 years of professional digital marketing, marketing coordination, marketing operations, or similar experience.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities at once.
- Proactive and able to take ownership of tasks without constant direction.
- Comfortable coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
- Strong administrative and logistical skills.
- Comfortable supporting events, meetings, and team activities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Comfortable using AI tools and technology to improve efficiency.
- Experience with email marketing, websites, social media, campaign coordination, or marketing analytics is a plus.
