Position Summary This is a full-time hybrid role for a Performance Marketing Specialist at See Spark Go. The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing integrated paid media and digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, CTV, programmatic, and other emerging digital channels. This role will oversee campaign strategy, audience targeting, media planning, performance optimization, web analytics, and reporting to drive measurable results for our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience generating qualified B2B leads through digital advertising and a strong understanding of full-funnel lead generation strategies. Experience working with franchise brands, franchise development, or multi-location businesses is a strong plus. This is a highly client-facing role, and the ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, analytical problem-solver, and confident presenter and communicator who can effectively translate performance data into actionable recommendations. The ability to manage multiple client accounts, understand business objectives, and turn data into clear, strategic media recommendations is essential. 3 years minimum in a Paid Advertising role required. Agency experience is highly desired. Meta Ads and Google Search Advertising proficiency is a must. This is a full-time position based in our Athens or Atlanta office. This role is hybrid, with the expectation of at least three days per week in the office. Core Responsibilities

• Create, monitor, and optimize paid search campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with clients and account teams to develop comprehensive paid search strategies.
• Develop measurement frameworks to assess campaign success and analyze data to develop strategic digital media plans and make informed decisions regarding ad targeting, messaging, and creative.
• Support Client Teams with insights, analytics, and reporting for client communications.
• Work with the Digital Team to enhance SSG data visualization.
• Provide insights and analytics on client communications. Skills and Qualifications
• 3-6 years paid media experience managing advertising campaigns
• Meta and Google Ad Platform Experience
• Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills
• Experience in Web Analytics and Online Marketing
• Effective Communication skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret data for digital marketing strategies
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns
• Knowledge of PPC and SEM best practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Prior experience in an agency or client-focused environment is a plus What We Offer
