About the Role The Music Studio Atlanta is seeking an organized, creative Marketing Coordinator to produce and coordinate recurring marketing communications and materials. This is a hands-on role centered on email campaigns, newsletters, direct mail, print and in-studio materials, digital asset organization, and marketing project coordination. The coordinator will turn approved priorities into accurate, polished deliverables, keep projects visible and organized, and communicate early when information, approvals, or capacity affect a deadline. The mix of work will vary by campaign cycle, and responsibilities will be prioritized within the position's approximately 20 scheduled hours each week. - Draft, format, proofread, test, and schedule approved promotional and program email campaigns.
- Create or adapt email graphics and confirm links, formatting, and calls to action before distribution.
- Coordinate campaign scheduling, distribution, and approved follow-up or drip communications.
- Prepare internal and external marketing communications for review and approval. Newsletters
- Produce recurring newsletters, including proofreading, edits, layout, graphics, link checks, and puzzle testing when applicable.
- Coordinate requests for family and teacher spotlight content and follow up on assigned submissions.

- Create and update posters, flyers, signs, handouts, postcards, and other print materials for programs, promotions, and performance opportunities.
- Create monthly TV slides for teachers and families using approved content.
- Adjust marketing collateral for various audiences and formats.
- Review marketing materials for accuracy, brand consistency, visual quality, and readiness for distribution. Digital Asset Management
- Maintain an organized digital marketing asset library in Google Drive.
- Keep approved templates, graphics, photos, and final marketing files current and easy to locate. Marketing Administration and Coordination
- Maintain assigned marketing tasks, calendars, project timelines, deadlines, and status updates in Monday.com.
- Coordinate design requests, revisions, approvals, and follow-up with assigned designers or vendors.
- Maintain marketing spreadsheets and project trackers.
- Track project progress and communicate updates, questions, missing information, obstacles, and deadline risks promptly.
- Collaborate with designated marketing, design, public relations, and content contributors on assigned deliverables.
- Contribute creative ideas and practical suggestions through team planning channels.
- Support additional marketing projects as assigned and as capacity permits. Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Experience
2–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or administrative support.
- Strong writing, editing, grammar, and proofreading skills.
- Experience producing email campaigns and newsletters for different audiences.
- Comfort creating polished, on-brand marketing materials in Canva.
- Experience with email marketing platforms, Google Drive, spreadsheets, and project management tools such as .
- Ability to organize multiple projects, follow established priorities, and meet documented deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and sound judgment about when to ask questions or raise a blocker.
- Ability to work independently while incorporating feedback and required approvals.
- Technical confidence and the ability to learn Mailbox Power and other marketing platforms used by TMSA. Schedule and Work Environment This position is approximately 20 hours per week, primarily during daytime weekday hours. The final schedule will be established before hire. The position will begin primarily in person so the coordinator can learn TMSA's studios, programs, families, brand, systems, and approval process. Limited remote work may be approved by the COO after training, based on the work assigned and the employee's ability to operate independently.
