The agency is currently seeking an Outreach Specialist to drive patient referrals and revenue growth by building relationships with physicians, hospitals, and community partners . Key responsibilities include conducting field sales visits, executing marketing plans, educating providers on services, and utilizing CRM tools to track interactions. Key Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Developing and maintaining relationships with physicians, discharge planners, and key community stakeholders to increase referrals.
• Field Marketing: Conducting weekly sales calls and visiting targeted providers to educate them on agency programs, services, and specialty care.
• Communication & Networking: Participating in community events, and conferences to enhance brand awareness.
• Data Reporting: Utilizing CRM software to document referral activity, analyze market trends, and report weekly on sales activities. Required Qualifications & Skills

1-2+ years of experience in healthcare or behavioral health outreach and marketing.

Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is often preferred.

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
