Depending on the project, you may be the primary contact for the Owner and design team, or you may support a Preconstruction Director on complex pursuits. You will lead bid processes, maintain stakeholder relationships, track budgets, and ensure contract documents and schedules are managed effectively across diverse projects. Strong leadership and communication are required.
