Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with proven experience leading COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) product implementations. This role, assigned to the Project Management Office, will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all phases of large, complex technology projects. The successful candidate will have full end‑to‑end accountability for project delivery, managing cross‑functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to achieve business goals within aggressive timelines. This role requires a local Metro Atlanta candidate with active PMP certification and documented success in enterprise‑level technology project delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of COTS product implementation projects, following PMI best practices and Georgia Department of Labor Project Management Methodology.
• Lead planning, scheduling, resource management, risk management, quality management, and reporting activities.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and vendor partners.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, business process documentation, and ensure alignment with enterprise objectives.
• Oversee full Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including testing and deployment phases.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Develop and maintain clear communication channels across project teams and leadership. Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-Have)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification – Active and in good standing
