The Position A highly regarded Am Law firm is seeking a Real Estate Finance Associate to join its Atlanta office. This opportunity offers the chance to work on sophisticated commercial real estate finance matters for institutional lenders, borrowers, developers, investors, and other major market participants. The firm is an established Am Law platform with a sophisticated national practice and a strong reputation for handling complex transactions for leading businesses and financial institutions. Its Real Estate practice is known for advising clients on significant, high-value matters across the commercial real estate market. Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Admission to the Georgia Bar, or eligibility for prompt admission.
• Experience in commercial real estate finance at a major law firm.
• Experience representing lenders, borrowers, developers, investors, or financial institutions in real estate financing transactions.
• Familiarity with acquisition, construction, bridge, permanent, mezzanine, syndicated, or other commercial real estate financing structures preferred.
