What You Will DoLease the communityMarket the communityMaintain positive resident satisfaction and retentionMaintain general office organizationCommunicate with customers, residents, investors, vendors, leadership, and CWS team membersParticipate in the CWS Risk Management and Safety ProgramsWhat You Bring To UsHigh school diploma or GED (required)Knowledge of on-site management operations, customer service experience, and Yardi software experience (preferred)Possess a valid driver's license and current automobile insurance (required)Sales and customer service experience (required)Able to adhere to a set and variable work schedule, including weekends and emergencies as requiredAble to establish and maintain effective working relationshipsAble to maintain a professional and ethical atmosphereAble to perform work responsibilities at locations other than "home" propertyAble to travel within major metropolitan areas and may be required to attend company functions in other cities
