This is either a 100% sales or 80% sales and 20% management role. We are completely impartial and have no bias toward either setup; we're just looking for the best person for whichever role we can fill. Job Description As the General Manager (GM) or Sales Manager (SM) at Sir Grout, your primarily responsibility will be driving sales of our grout, tile, and stone restoration services. You will be provided with warm leads and will conduct in-home assessments and estimates for customers who have reached out to us and requested our services. You will also be responsible for managing the customer relationship before, during, and after their service.
