Come Join an Inclusive Team The New Business Development Manager position is dedicated to develop strategic business growth in the assigned market space leveraging existing and new innovative products with a primary focus on growth in E&E and Energy Storage market space. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic market growth plan and acting as the key subject matter expert for LyondellBasell across business segments. A Day in the Life Develop a strategic growth roadmap for market space including identification of new applications, material gap needs, new customers and OEM's, and competition in market. Works with Sales, Marketing, Technical teams on buy-in and execution of growth roadmap.
