This role serves as the primary owner of construction readiness, field team member management, subcontractor coordination, field safety alignment, and execution sequencing. The Construction Manager bridges the gap between project management and field operations, enabling consistent execution, improved safety performance, schedule adherence, and margin protection as the Services portfolio continues to grow.
