This is a volunteer opportunity provided by Taproot Foundation, a nonprofit creating social change through pro bono connections. Her Promise Circle Foundation removes barriers to preventive wellness by connecting women with education, resources, and ongoing support before crisis. We already have branded templates, reusable content, Canva templates, Google Drive storing assets, Slack, ChatGPT planning, riverside to record/edit video and schedule and an organizational calendar in place. However, our assistant still spends too much time manually deciding what to post, locating assets, coordinating approvals, and scheduling content. We want to audit, simplify, and optimize our current automation so staff can spend more time on programs, partnerships, fundraising, and health support. An optimized, automated content workflow that connects our existing tools and assets removing manual time. The system should use HPCF’s programs, events, partnerships, priorities, and reusable content to help populate a weekly, predictable, effective content strategy and brand message and positioning content plan; surface existing assets when available; identify what actually needs new creation; streamline assignments and approvals; and provide one clear view of what is ready, in progress, approved, and scheduled.
