Role Description The Human Resources & Payroll Director is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for partial work-from-home. This role oversees HR strategy and payroll operations for the holding company and its brands, ensuring consistent, compliant, and fair practices across all locations. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing HR policies and procedures, advising leaders on employee relations and performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The director will lead payroll administration, benefits coordination, and HR systems, while partnering with leadership on workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. The role also involves analyzing HR and payroll data, optimizing processes, and fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture. Qualifications

• Strong Human Resources (HR) generalist skills, including HR strategy, HR operations, and experience supporting multi-site or multi-brand organizations.
• Proficiency in developing, implementing, and maintaining clear HR Policies and procedures that align with business objectives and legal requirements.
• Demonstrated expertise in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, coaching managers, and promoting an inclusive and respectful workplace.
• Experience in Performance Management, including goal-setting frameworks, feedback processes, evaluations, and development planning.
• Solid knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, including federal and state regulations, wage and hour compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Hands-on experience overseeing payroll operations, benefits administration, HRIS systems, and data integrity.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; advanced certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is preferred.
• Proven experience in an HR leadership role, ideally within a service-oriented or operations-focused environment.
• Comfort working in a hybrid setting in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area, with strong time management and self-direction.
