Role Summary The People & Talent Generalist serves in a key human resources generalist role responsible for managing core people programs and HR initiatives that support organizational goals and employee success, including talent acquisition, compliance, payroll and benefits administration, employee engagement, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, and other HR operations. The People & Talent Generalist upholds the Foundation’s values of Accountability, Care and Excellence and helps to champion a supportive, people-first culture and a positive employee experience.
