Talent Acquisition Specialist – Leadership Development TrackFull-Time | Entry-Level | On-Site | Atlanta, GA Build your career in recruiting, talent acquisition, and leadership. We’re looking for an ambitious, people-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone who wants to grow quickly into a leadership role within Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. You’ll start by learning the fundamentals of recruiting and talent scouting, working directly with candidates and hiring teams to identify top talent for our organization. As you demonstrate consistency, communication skills, and leadership ability, you’ll take on additional responsibilities across interviewing, onboarding, team support, recruiting operations, and talent strategy. Our goal is to develop the right person from entry-level recruiter into a Talent Acquisition Lead/Director-level position within approximately 3-6 months. What You’ll DoRecruiting & Talent Scouting
- Source and identify qualified candidates for open positions
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and phone interviews
- Build relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain an active candidate pipeline
- Learn and utilize recruiting platforms, applicant tracking systems, and other talent-sourcing tools Talent Acquisition Operations
- Assist with interview coordination and candidate tracking
- Support new-hire onboarding and recruiting documentation
- Maintain accurate candidate and employee records
- Help improve recruiting processes and candidate experience
- Support hiring initiatives across multiple teams and locations Leadership Development
- Learn how to train and support new recruiters
- Help monitor recruiting activity and performance
- Assist with team meetings, communication, and accountability
- Develop leadership and coaching skills
- Eventually oversee recruiting initiatives and support a growing recruiting team The Growth PathWe believe great recruiters should have the opportunity to become great leaders. Month 1: Learn our recruiting systems, talent-sourcing process, interview process, and company culture while building your own candidate pipeline. Month 2: Take on increased responsibility with candidate management, interviewing, onboarding support, and recruiting operations. Month 3-6+: For individuals who demonstrate strong performance and leadership potential, opportunities may include Talent Acquisition Lead, Recruiting Manager, and ultimately Director-level responsibilities.
