Senior Electrical Engineer

Senior Electrical Engineer Atlanta, GA | Hybrid Opportunity A highly respected AEC consulting firm is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design and delivery of complex electrical systems across a diverse portfolio of projects. This role offers the opportunity to provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, manage project execution, and serve as a key client-facing resource. Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design for power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, grounding, and emergency power systems.
• Perform advanced electrical studies including short circuit, coordination, arc flash, and generator sizing analyses.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and designers.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, quality control, and technical deliverables.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams throughout design and construction.
• Support proposal development, client presentations, and business development efforts.
• Participate in construction administration activities including RFIs, submittal reviews, and site visits. Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• PE License required.
• 10+ years of experience within the AEC consulting industry.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and applicable building codes.
• Proficiency with Revit, SKM Power Tools, AGi32, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven leadership experience managing projects and mentoring technical staff.
