None Required The Opportunity You will lead high-impact residential remodeling projects, guiding home transformations from initial teardown to final inspection. This position empowers you to combine your hands-on carpentry background with executive site leadership on projects valued up to $1M+. - Direct day-to-day site operations for high-end residential additions, structural modifications, and full-house renovations.
- Perform detailed material takeoffs, manage supply orders, and coordinate precise material deliveries on-site.
- Troubleshoot on-site construction obstacles in real time and step in to self-perform trade tasks when needed.
- Monitor framing, drywall, finish carpentry, tile, and MEP integrations to guarantee superior craftsmanship.
- Maintain transparent and calming communication with homeowners to provide regular updates and address concerns.
- Utilize BuilderTrend mobile software to track project schedules, submit site logs, and manage field budgets. Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in residential remodeling and overall construction management.
- Proven track record leading large-scale renovations ($300K+) involving additions and load-bearing structural removals.
- Extensive practical knowledge in framing, drywall, trim carpentry, door/window installation, and fixture placement.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot field issues independently and perform hands-on trade repairs when required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a calm, solutions-oriented approach to client relationship management.
- High proficiency using mobile software applications for project scheduling, logs, and site tracking.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Professional background with a foundation built on hands-on carpentry or specialized trade work.
