Controller, CPA

$165,000–$200,000 + Bonus | Excellent Benefits & PTO

We are seeking an experienced Controller with an active CPA license to join a growing organization in Metro Atlanta. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on accounting leader who enjoys developing people, improving processes, and leading a strong accounting team while reporting directly to the CFO.

• Active CPA license required.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Strong month-end close experience, including financial reporting, reconciliations, and GAAP.
• Large ERP system experience with the ability to improve accounting processes and efficiencies.
• Proven ability to lead, train, mentor, and develop accounting staff.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Lead a small accounting team and oversee daily accounting operations.
• Own the month-end close and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.
• Report directly to the CFO and serve as a key member of the finance leadership team.
• Improve internal controls, processes, and accounting efficiencies.
• Develop and mentor staff while building a collaborative, high-performing team.

Location: Metro Atlanta, Georgia

Compensation: $165,000–$200,000 base salary plus bonus, excellent benefits, and generous PTO.
