Hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two remote for full-time employees.

$185,000–$225,000 base salary plus a potential 15–20% bonus, with part-time compensation negotiated separately. Position Overview Our client is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to serve as its primary legal advisor and support continued growth. This is a hands-on opportunity for an attorney who enjoys solving business problems, negotiating agreements, and working closely with leadership. The ideal candidate brings strong legal fundamentals, sound judgment, and a practical approach. Financial services experience is helpful but not required. An existing paralegal provides support. The company is also open to experienced attorneys seeking a part-time opportunity of 20–30 hours per week. Key Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate commercial, technology, and vendor agreements.
• Advise leadership on corporate legal matters, risk management, and compliance.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and corporate governance.
• Address employment, privacy, intellectual property, and general legal issues.
• Collaborate with the existing paralegal and coordinate outside counsel.
• Provide practical, business-focused legal guidance to executive leadership. Qualifications
• J.D. and active bar membership, with Georgia admission or eligibility for in-house counsel registration.
• 8+ years of legal experience in a law firm or corporate environment.
• Strong commercial contracting and corporate legal experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Independent, collaborative, and comfortable working directly with executives.
