Up to $180,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

This leadership position will oversee all aspects of the Client Accounting Services practice, managing staff, client relationships, and technical operations with a focus on high-quality service and strategic growth.

• Supervise a CAS team of four, with plans for additional hiring
• Oversee month-end close processes and prepare financial reports for clients
• Guide clients on sales tax, property tax, 1099s, and related compliance requirements
• Review and sign off on bookkeeping, reporting, and tax preparation work
• Evaluate and improve client accounting systems and internal controls
• Manage multiple client engagements with attention to accuracy and timeliness
• Provide advisory support to clients and assist in building their internal accounting functions
• Develop new CAS business and cross-sell firm services
• Work closely with firm leadership and marketing to drive CAS growth strategy
• Participate in leadership meetings and strategic planning initiatives

• Active CPA license (preferred)
• 10–15 years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles in CAS or public accounting
• Proven experience supervising staff and managing client relationships
• Expertise in QuickBooks Online/Desktop and other accounting software
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax compliance, and financial reporting
• Experience with month-end close and advisory services
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
