The VP of Operations – Manufacturing & Logistics is accountable for optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations, with a strong focus on logistics performance and the use of data analytics to drive continuous improvement, cost efficiency, and scalability. ●

• Oversee manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics operations across multiple facilities or regions.
• Build and lead an operations strategy rooted in supply chain excellence and predictive analytics.
• Leverage data tools to optimize route planning, warehouse throughput, inventory turnover, and demand forecasting.
• Identify and act on logistics inefficiencies using dashboards, KPIs, and scenario-based modeling.
• Partner with senior leadership to ensure operations align with company growth and profitability targets.
• Lead cross-functional teams and instill a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and data transparency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards while driving lean process adoption. ●

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in operations with a strong logistics and supply chain focus.
• Demonstrated expertise in data analytics and decision-support tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel).
• Proven track record of reducing logistics costs and improving service levels through analytics-driven strategies.
• Knowledge of lean methodologies, Six Sigma, or equivalent continuous improvement frameworks.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional team management skills.
