We’re looking for a highly motivated Senior Accountant to support accounting operations across multiple entities within a dynamic commercial real estate company. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, growth-minded, and experienced in QuickBooks Online and CAM reconciliations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving and expanding real estate team.

● Manage day-to-day accounting functions across multiple entities● Oversee financial reporting and monthly closings● Perform CAM reconciliations for industrial property tenants● Collaborate with the brokerage and construction divisions to consolidate financials● Maintain and optimize QuickBooks Online systems● Assist leadership in improving accounting workflows and processes
