About the Role As an Acquisitions Manager, you will speak with motivated U.S. homeowners who have already shown interest in selling, and guide each deal from first conversation to signed contract. All leads are warm and inbound. There is no cold calling. Responsibilities Contact and follow up with inbound homeowner leads Discuss property details and understand each seller's situation Negotiate offers and handle objections professionally Manage deals from first contact through signed contract Keep accurate records of conversations and deal progress in our CRM Meet monthly performance targets (KPIs) Requirements Proven sales or closing experience Strong spoken and written English Confidence handling objections and negotiating Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace Availability for an 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM EST Compensation Base
$6 per month Commission on closed deals, paid in USD Monthly performance bonuses
