LICENSED AGENT TRACK: You hold an active real estate license in Georgia, Florida, Pennsylvania, or New Jersey in good standing, and you want hands-on broker support and a built-in referral network.

AGENT-IN-TRAINING TRACK: You are enrolled in a GREC-approved Georgia pre-licensing course and within 90 days of sitting for the Georgia exam. Include your expected exam date when you apply.

• Meet with buyers and sellers, show homes, and write and negotiate offers across Metro Atlanta
• Manage each transaction from contract to close
• Build long-term relationships with clients, lenders, and inspectors
