Trial Paralegal - Defense

Paramount Legal is currently recruiting for an experienced Trial Paralegal to join an Atlanta insurance defense law firm! This is a great opportunity for a seasoned litigation paralegal who enjoys being actively involved in trial preparation, taking ownership of cases, and working with a team of attorneys. Ideal Candidate

5+ years of litigation experience Extensive trial preparation experience, including preparing witness and exhibit lists, coordinating expert witnesses, preparing trial notebooks and exhibits, and assisting attorneys throughout trial Strong experience drafting and responding to discovery requests Experience preparing medical chronologies and summaries Experience with depositions, subpoenas, and case management Experience billing time Insurance Defense experience preferred Willingness to work overtime when needed Bachelor’s degree required Why Join This Firm?
