HR Assistant

Job Title HR Assistant Reports To HR Manager Job Overview We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and organized Human Resources Assistant to support the daily operations of our human resources department. Working closely with the HR Manager, the HR Assistant will primarily focus on recruitment and hiring coordination while providing administrative support in onboarding, offboarding, maintaining accurate records, and supporting various HR projects and initiatives. Duties & Responsibilities Assist & facilitate the with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, attending interviews & issuing employment contracts Support the preparation and distribution of employee communications, notices, and HR-related documents. Assist with planning, organizing, and coordinating daily HR administrative activities to support efficient departmental operations. Assist with scheduling employee meetings, training sessions, and other HR activities. Provide backup support as assigned by the HR Manager. Monitor and maintain HR administrative supplies, forms, informational materials, and other departmental resources.
