Role Description The Project Manager Civil role at B2 Contracting Inc. is a full-time, on-site position based in Newnan, GA. This role oversees civil construction projects from planning through closeout, including scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with field supervisors and subcontractors. The Project Manager Civil will review plans and specifications, manage contracts and change orders, monitor project budgets and timelines, and ensure work is completed in accordance with safety standards and quality requirements. The position involves regular communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams, preparation of progress reports, and proactive risk management to keep projects on track and within scope.

• Candidates should possess strong Project Management and Construction Management skills for planning, coordination, and oversight of civil projects.
• Candidates should possess Civil Engineering and Infrastructure knowledge to interpret plans, specifications, and technical requirements.
• Candidates should possess Budgeting skills to manage project costs, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Relevant experience in civil/site-work construction, utilities, or related fields is highly beneficial.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are expected.
• Proficiency with project management software and common office applications is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience, is desirable.
