Part-Time Family Law Paralegal

A boutique law firm in Columbia is seeking a Part-Time Family Law Litigation Paralegal to manage domestic relations cases from inception through trial. Come be part of a small team and make a big impact!

• Maintain physical and electronic case files independently.
• Draft complaints, motions, financial declarations, and discovery requests.
• Collect, review, organize, and index complex financial documents.
• Act as the primary point of contact for case updates.
• Prepare trial binders, exhibit lists, and coordinate witness schedules.
• Manage the attorney calendar for hearings, mediations, and depositions.

• Two years of litigation experience, preferably in family law.
• Familiarity with South Carolina Family Court rules and procedures.
• Proficiency in practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for sensitive client matters.
