We are looking to expand our team by adding an attorney to assist on a part-time basis with legal matters for the corporate office. In addition to general corporate matters, this attorney may represent the company in employment issues, contract negotiations, and litigation as needed.

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

• Admitted to practice law in Georgia.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on General Corporate Law and FEDERAL COURTS ADMISSION

Part-time

Pay will be discussed upon Interview

Eight (8) hours per week
