Cost Accountant

We're hiring a Cost Accountant to own product costing for our manufacturing operation. This is a dedicated cost accounting role, not a general ledger position. You'll price new models, research cost variances each month, and help the team understand what drives material and labor costs.

• Build and maintain cost models for new products
• Research and explain monthly cost variances
• Analyze material, labor, and overhead costs
• Partner with operations and management on pricing and cost decisions

Must-haves

• Hands-on cost accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing
• Experience pricing or costing new products
• Monthly variance analysis (material, labor, overhead)
• Strong grasp of standard costing and inventory valuation
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
